A leading manufacturing software company, Inductive Automations’ goal in their new facility was to create a dynamic work environment for their group of engineers, builders, creative thinkers, and problem solvers that are passionate about making the best software in the industry. They knew to attract the best talent they had to have a list of employee perks. Their perks include sit to stand desks/workstations and collaborative alcoves for employees to work anywhere including outside on the covered patio that is alongside the American River. MTA worked closely with RMW in selecting contemporary furnishings to achieve a tech-savvy, architectural ambiance throughout the working, meeting and dining areas. MTA’s in-house installation team received and installed furnishings for all spaces, coordinating with electrical, AV and cabling contractors.
