Located in San Francisco, CA, the Tri Counties Bank West Portal Branch project focused on creating a welcoming and functional banking environment that complemented the building's recent interior upgrades. Working with RGA Chico and Modern Building, MTA provided a cost-effective furniture solution featuring products from JSI, Kimball, SitOnIt, Humanscale and Arcadia.
After being awarded the project, MTA reviewed and refined the previous customers design, reworking layouts to improve ADA compliance, electrical coordination, and overall space utilization, creating a more efficient, accessible, and cohesive environment for both employees and customers.
Through proactive planning, close coordination, and responsive project management, MTA worked through installation challenges and demanding manufacturer lead times to bring the project to completion. The team remained focused on resolving issues as they arose, resulting in a polished, comfortable branch that reflects Tri Counties Bank’s community-focused values while providing a high-performing space.
