Strategy + Consultation
Our strategy and consultation staff collaborate with clients and their A+D firms, contractors, and vendors to navigate the successful transformation of a space from start to finish. As MTA’s main point of contact, they lead our process to identify the client’s needs, establish the project scope, and develop personalized solutions tailored to meet needs and objectives.
Space Planning + Design
MTA’s designers are highly trained professionals who hold Interior Design or Architecture degrees, NCIDQ certification, and ASID or IIDA memberships. Working alongside our strategy and consultation team, they bring the client’s vision to life by providing highly detailed renderings that specify furnishings, fixtures, and finishes and create an inspired space.
Our project managers work closely with clients, their vendors, and our installation crew to oversee projects from planning through installation. Directing MTA’s production process, they plan, schedule, and coordinate job sites, and oversee quality control, punch lists, and ongoing client support. This unique approach results in greater accountability and allows clients to spend time focusing on their business.
Delivery + Installation
MTA’s delivery and installation crew works closely with our project managers to ensure products are delivered and installed to each client’s satisfaction. They prep and prepare job sites, and assemble, move, and remove furnishings as needed. Our installers are also full-time employee-owners (instead of subcontractors as used by most commercial interior firms) who are dedicated to completing the project to the client’s satisfaction.

Warranty + Repair
MTA’s service ops team specializes in offering warranty, repair, and maintenance for all brands of open plan and office furniture systems. If the item is still under warranty, we'll make the repair and manage the process for you—regardless of whether you purchased it from us.
Cleaning + Maintenance
