Bureau of Reclamation

MTA partnered with the US Bureau of Reclamation to empower progress through transformative spaces.

Cottage Way 1170 X 660

MTA is completing a complex project involving the redesign and installation of approx. 375 workstations, 45 private offices and various meeting spaces in a multi-phase, 20+ division reorganization. By department and suite, the carpet and paint are being replaced along with some small architectural tenant improvements. Modular demountable wall private offices were installed for Division Managers to provide privacy while creating flexibility for long-term reconfigurability.

MTA’s role included meeting with each division manager to determine the departmental needs, layout and specification of furniture, delivery, and installation. BOR’s main goal was to create more open spaces, encourage collaboration, reduce panel heights while increasing flexibility. MTA started this project in 2021 and will continue into summer 2024. MTA has been servicing BOR for the last 40+ years and provides bi-monthly labor for all additions, moves and changes within the building. We have had the same Lead Installer servicing this account for over 10 years - he knows the building and how the agency works. Our MTA employees are like a true extension of BOR. We also service their I Street and Friant Dam locations.
