Since 2014, MTA has been servicing this "Confidential Healthcare Client" on their day-to-day needs, as well as large projects. MTA is proud to have partnered with local A&D firms to update a variety of spaces in this client's legacy buildings throughout the Greater Sacramento area. Renovated spaces include Private Offices, Workstations, Lab/Pharmacy, Conference, Lobby, Exam Rooms, Break Room and Task Seating. The furnishings pictured include a variety of lobby seating from Herman Miller including Nemschoff Palisades and Easton Collections. The spaces feature pops of color and a finish palette focused on colors assigned to the themes of earth, water, sun and air for a healing environment.
Future projects include a new hospital tower, an integrated design-build hospital and medical office building.
