MTA was selected in a formal bid process to provide furnishings for the new Tahoe Blue Event Center. Tahoe Blue Event Center is an indoor arena that will be home to the Lake Tahoe ECHL Hockey team with a seating capacity of 5,000. It also offers flexible meeting space, unique clubs & balconies and an arena for concerts, sporting events and family shows.
MTA worked with the Tahoe Douglas Visitor Authority, Oak View Group and Coliseums International to select flexible and durable furnishings that would function well for the large variety of events held in this exciting new space. MTA was able to come in under the original bid budget within a compressed schedule, while still providing furniture that will look beautiful and work well for many years to come.
