Referral Exchange is a Bay Area based real estate referral company who has expanded into the Sacramento Area. Their leadership knew that talent acquisition and employee retention was going to be critical to their success in this growing market. A big part of their strategy to accomplish those goals was creating a contemporary, yet classic employee lounge area. Tasked with the objective of creating a contemporary, yet classic space for employees to work and relax, MTA worked collaboratively with the design team. We prepared furniture budgets throughout the construction process making necessary revisions as the construction budget required. HGA Architects and MTA were able to create a multi-functional space that included dining tables, an informal meeting area, built-in bleacher style seating, lounge seating and bar height dining and workspaces. The result was a beautiful and functional space that employees and clients will be able to enjoy for years to come.
