Lund Construction Co. is a general engineering firm specializing in pre-construction, earthmoving, and pipeline services. As a successful third generation family business, their longevity and continued growth spurred them toward building a new headquarters. Their new two-story, 82,000 square foot building is located on 8.55 acres. This new site allows them to increase their office space and add valuable amenities like better parking and a wash station.
Lund wanted their new office space to reflect their vibrant and high energy culture, while still conveying a sense of strength. MTA worked with RMW to select high quality, durable furniture, that will allow for flexibility as the company continues to grow. Their new office space consisted of 22 private offices, 8 shared offices, workstations, conference rooms, training rooms, cafe spaces, and the lobby. MTA was able to install this project while accommodating Lund's timeline to return to work with minimal disruption, and start enjoying their new, spacious Headquarters.
