MTA furnished a wide variety of spaces, including waiting areas, infusion bays, exam rooms, consultation offices, lounges, conference rooms, administrative areas, and outdoor environments. The goal was to deliver solutions that met the client’s desired quality and aesthetic while staying within budget—supporting both clinical excellence and patient comfort.

- Sourcing alternative products that met budget requirements when original selections were unavailable or required modification
- Navigating construction delays by developing a creative and adaptive delivery and installation schedule to meet the ribbon cutting deadline
Outcome
Despite construction delays and the logistical challenges of a remote site, the project was completed on schedule for the ribbon cutting. Strategic sourcing and proactive coordination enabled timely procurement while keeping the project under budget.
