Located within the Roseville Corporate Center, the Tri Counties Bank second floor build-out focused on creating a seamless extension of the organization's existing workplace while supporting future growth and employee collaboration. MTA partnered closely with the client to furnish the newly renovated space, thoughtfully integrating Herman Miller solutions into an environment predominantly furnished with other manufacturers.
A key objective of the project was maintaining visual and functional continuity throughout the workplace. Through careful product selection, finish coordination, and workspace planning, MTA specified furnishings that complemented the existing furniture palette, scale, and overall design aesthetic, while creating a cohesive experience between the new and existing environments.
Consistent communication, responsive problem-solving, and close collaboration ensured the project remained on track and successful through completion. The result is a polished, fully functional workplace that seamlessly integrates with the existing corporate environment while providing employees a comfortable, productive space that supports Tri Counties Bank's continued growth and operations.
