This year’s Owners Meeting brought our employee‑owners together for a day of teamwork, recognition, and unforgettable team‑building challenges.
MTA’s 2026 Owners Meeting brought our employee‑owners together for a day of collaboration, celebration, and team‑building, kicking off at the MTA office and continuing at The Escape Game in the Westfield Galleria at Roseville. This year’s event blended friendly competition, creative problem‑solving, and well‑deserved recognition for the exceptional work accomplished throughout 2025.
Team Activities
We kicked off the morning at the MTA office before heading over to The Escape Game for a series of group challenges. Employee‑owners were split into teams to compete in both a scavenger hunt and an escape room challenge designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, and creative thinking.

Scavenger Hunt Champions
Best Costume Contest Winners - The Leafy Legends emerged victorious in the escape room, finishing with the best time and requiring the fewest clues.
It was a great opportunity to connect across departments, learn from each other, and strengthen the collaborative spirit that defines the MTA team.
Recognizing Our Employee‑Owners
One of the most meaningful parts of the Owners Meeting is the time we dedicate to celebrating the achievements of our peers. Voted by fellow employee‑owners for his dedication, impact, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Eric Rennie was named Owner of the Year by the team.
In addition to celebrating our Owner of the Year, we also recognized several team members across multiple departments for their outstanding contributions throughout the year. In the Design Department, Eloisa was awarded MTA’s Visual Virtuoso Award. Our Operations team promoted Valentina to Project Manager, and Natalie was promoted to Senior Project Coordinator.
In the Warehouse, John Sar received the Outstanding Development Award, while Art Diaz was honored with the Extra Mile Award for his exceptional commitment. The Sales Department acknowledged Amanda and Hortencia for hitting their sales goals, and in the Accounting Department, Eva was recognized for her valuable contributions.
Together, these individuals exemplify the excellence and teamwork that help drive MTA forward.
