At MTA, we take pride in being a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP). It's a fundamental part of who we are and what sets us apart. One of the annual highlights for our employee-owners is our ESOP fest, a time to gather, reflect, and chart the course for our future together.

This year, like every year, our ESOP meeting was more than just a formal review of our performance. It was an opportunity for our employee-owners to understand how MTA is doing as a company, review our share value and what that means for each and every one of us. It's a time to celebrate our collective achievements and to reaffirm our commitment to our shared success.

But, as important as our company meeting is, we also know how crucial it is to come together as a team in a more relaxed and fun environment. That's why, after the meeting, we put on an annual party that unites our team through friendly competition.

This year, we transformed the MTA Showroom into the set of Jeopardy, or MTApardy! Hosted by the MTA ESOP Committee, the employee-owners joined teams for a game of trivia, complete with trivia-night bar foods and snacks.

The friendly competition of ESOP Fest is a fun way to unite the team, celebrate our achievements, and look forward to a strong future as a 100% employee-owned company!
