2025 Owners Meeting
MTA’s 2025 Owners Meeting celebrated the team’s 2024 successes and achievements at Smash Sacramento, where everyone got to let off steam after a year of hard work.
Every year, MTA hosts its Annual Owners Meeting, an event that brings together our employee-owners to celebrate the achievements of the past year and set new goals for the year ahead. This year’s meeting took place at Smash Sacramento, an exciting axe-throwing and rage room venue. We were divided into teams to compete in a variety of activities, including trivia, axe throwing, gel blasters, and a team costume contest. The "MTA Minions" emerged as the top team and claimed the prize, but everyone was a winner in the rage room, letting go of any frustrations from a long and busy year at MTA.
What makes the Owners Meeting special, is the time we dedicate to acknowledge our peers. After each department shared their accomplishments from the year, they highlighted those individuals who played a key role in making it happen. Special recognition was given to members of the Sales Team who met their goals, as well as to Natalie and Valentina, who were both promoted within the Operations Department.
The most anticipated moment of the meeting is the presentation of the “Employee-Owner of the Year”, voted on by our peers. The amazing Amanda Cain was honored with the award for her outstanding performance, surpassing her sales goals while serving as a role model of dedication and commitment to the MTA team!
