Space Synopsis: Dating back to the 1920’s as the original George Foss Co. electrical subcontractor hub, the refurbished structure with large windows and lofty ceilings enables natural light to envelop the open floorplate of Herman Miller Canvas height-adjustable stations. The fused Chilewich textile serves as a unique floor covering anchoring the two work station areas. With private offices purposefully omitted, there are two conference rooms, an open kitchen + lounge, a design library, and outdoor terrace.
