MTA's Employee-Owner Carnival


At MTA, we take pride in being a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP). It's a fundamental part of who we are and what sets us apart. One of the annual highlights for our employee-owners is our ESOP fest—a time to gather, reflect, and chart the course for our future together.

This year, like every year, our ESOP meeting was more than just a formal review of our performance. It was an opportunity for our employee-owners to understand how MTA is doing as a company, review our share value and what that means for each and every one of us. It's a time to celebrate our collective achievements and to reaffirm our commitment to our shared success.

But, as important as our company meeting is, we also know how crucial it is to come together as a team in a more relaxed and fun environment. That's why, after the meeting, we put on an annual party—an event that unites our team and strengthens the bonds that make us a family.


Every year, we challenge ourselves to get creative and come up with fresh, exciting themes for the party. This year, we took a step back in time and embraced the charm of an old-fashioned carnival. It was a theme that resonated with everyone, bringing out the inner child in all of us as our pictures show.

The day was filled with fun, games, and camaraderie. Laughter echoed throughout as our employee-owners indulged in classic fair food, from cotton candy to pretzels and candy apples to nachos. To quench our thirst, we had a selection of beer and beverages that perfectly complemented the carnival atmosphere.

The carnival-themed party was not just about revelry; it was a reminder of the spirit of collaboration and togetherness that defines us as an employee-owned company. We celebrated not only our successes but also the unity that drives us forward.

As we wrapped up this year's festivities, we couldn't help but feel a profound sense of pride in our company and the incredible team that makes it all possible. The MTA family is more than just a workforce; we are a community bound by shared ownership and a common vision for the future.
