Since 2014, MTA has been servicing this "Confidential Healthcare Client" on their day-to-day needs, as well as large projects.  MTA is proud to have partnered with local A&D firms to update a variety of spaces in this client's legacy buildings throughout the Greater Sacramento area. Renovated spaces include Private Offices, Workstations, Lab/Pharmacy, Conference, Lobby, Exam Rooms, Break Room and Task Seating. The furnishings pictured include a variety of lobby seating from Herman Miller including Nemschoff Palisades and Easton Collections. The spaces feature pops of color and a finish palette focused on colors assigned to the themes of earth, water, sun and air for a healing environment.

Future projects include a new hospital tower, an integrated design-build  hospital and medical office building.

“I want to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for Valentina Kumar's outstanding communication and customer service skills. She has exceptional organization skills and the ability to swiftly resolve challenges during the planning & installations process. We have worked together on several [Confidential Healthcare Client] furniture projects where her responsiveness, flexibility and professionalism has far surpassed the other vendors on these projects.”
