Vacaville Unified School District

The goal for the Vacaville Unified School District was to improve efficiently and productivity by consolidating five different facilities into one building.   Anova Architects was hired to space plan the tenant improvements into a newly constructed existing shell building.  MTA was selected to develop corporate space standards and layout their new furnishings.  As an active member of the Design/Build Integrated Project Delivery Team, MTA participated in IPD meetings from conception through installation/move in. Together MTA and the District worked to establish their overall budget.  The project team selected products that met their budget and the design integrity of the new facility. Herman Miller Vivo Workstations and Herman Miller Intent Private Offices were selected for their value, flexibility.
