Tesco

Tesco Controls is a controls system integrator and manufacturer for the water/wastewater and traffic industries. Since1972, the company has grown and expanded from their original building to four (4) separate buildings of office and manufacturing space. Tesco purchased an existing two story 125,000 square feet building and invested in upgrading the facility to accommodate all functions under one roof. Working closely with Interior Designer, Mary Ann Downey, MTA planned the two floors of open office space and meeting spaces for 150 employees. MTA also provided Move Management Services to assist the Tesco Team in transitioning from three existing facilities into one new headquarters facility. This smooth, multi-phased move was accomplished without disruption to their operations. Tesco, like MTA, is a 100% Employee Owned Company through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) which means that both of our businesses are owned and managed by their employees. This combination of teamwork and commitment made for a highly successful project.
