Project:  City of Sacramento, 300 Richards Blvd

After reviewing bids from multiple furniture dealers, the City of Sacramento awarded this project to MTA.  The scope of work included 400 new Vivo stations, the reconfigure of 120 existing stations, multiple conference rooms and other ancillary spaces on three floors of a new building in the River District of Sacramento.  Although not part of the original RFP, the City of Sacramento also selected MTA for Move Management services.  MTA’s Debby Matheny was responsible for the intricate four-phase move.  The Police Department, SWAT, CSI and Development Services relocated from multiple building to the new facility at 300 Richards Boulevard.  This complex project was successfully completed with minimal down time and disruption to City Services.
