JPIA

JPIA purchased an existing 17,000 square foot building in Roseville in late 2009 to support the needs of their growing membership. MTA was selected to create an efficient and comfortable interior environment for their new headquarters.

Working in conjunction with ANOVA architects and Carson Development, MTA provided expertise in areas of furniture layouts, ergonomics, environmentally rated furniture solutions and color pallet selections. The team drew inspiration for the interior color pallet from the wetlands, desserts, mountains and valleys of the regional topography of JPIA’s membership.

Another project goal was to design a state-of-the-art training facility for it’s membership and staff. Utilizing Krug veneer training tables the MTA team achieved a flexible and executive solution that easily reconfigures to accommodate groups of 12 to 70. JPIA chose Herman Miller’s VIVO system for the open office workstations for its’ overall value and versatility. The project team followed LEED protocol for the building shell and the interior and is currently pending LEED Silver Certification.
