Project: Midtown Facility
This involved a
new six-story, 125,000 square foot medical office building that included 60
private offices, 20 Vivo workstations in addition to exam, training, and waiting
room furniture. The project began over a year in advance and included multiple
schedule options and budget analyses. The project required 2 months of
continuous furniture deliveries and installation, several weeks of medical
equipment deliveries, and culminated in a highly choreographed move. Due to
last minute project delays, it was necessary to compress the furniture and
equipment deliveries into a much more aggressive timeframe than originally
planned. The installation and move schedule was developed and implemented to
ensure minimal downtime and loss of revenue. The project was successfully
completed on time and on budget.
