- Provide all materials and services necessary to ensure a smooth and efficient relocation experience.

- Design layout of existing furnishings and equipment.

- Conduct Move Coordination meetings with key employees in order to communicate and dissemination pertinent information on a regular basis. Emphasis on detailed planning, employee preparation, teamwork and morale.
- Anticipate possible complications and develop contingency plans with a goal of avoiding change orders and additional costs.
- Develop departmentally specific Relocation Instructions.
- Provide Relocation Orientation presentations for all employees in order to disseminate information and provide relocation training.
- Provide structured informational tours of the new facility for all employees.
- Address and resolve an quality control or customer satisfaction issues.
